Hi Marko
I have started to make planes for a winterrally for Vauxhall and Bedford.
My planes is to do something lika the old car rally in Jyväskyle but with
the start here in Tavelsjö and only for Vauxhall & Bedford with different finalplaces for
every year. I think this can even be an exotic rally for people from
England and Germany and other countries in Europe.
Do you think there can be any interest from owners in Finland to come over
for this event. We are looking at Februari 16-17 for the rally just now.

ei ole saanut aikaiseksi sitä laatikon korjuuta

nyt on vaihtelun vuoksi takajarrut pienen herkistelyn alla, kun kesä meni niiden etujarrujen laittoon

Hivenen tämä pieni etäisyys auton ja kämpän välillä(~120km] syö vähän motivaatiota korjauksiin...

tuli mieleen että ehjiä laatikoita saattaisi löytyä ainakin Ikosen ex-FB:stä joka nykyään majailee tietääkseni Vihannissa, Terjeltä varmaan löytyy yhteystiedot mikäli tarvit.
Onko kellään pohjoisessa talvivauxia liikenteessä?

Minullahan on "ylimääräinen" FC:n laatikko, joka sopisi FB:hen. Siitä oli Pendez:n kanssa kesällä puhetta.

Ahaa, onko Artsi myynyt FB:n pois ? Eihän hänellä ollutkaan mitään suunnitelmia autolle.

jep, Arton auto on nyt täällä meidän kylällä, varaosa-autona yhteen vähän ajettuun ´64 FB Victoriin, joka varmaankin tullaan ensi kesänä näkemään huoltismiiteissäkin.

Olen Suomessa , palasin maanantaina Intiasta.

Tässä se taas nähdään tämä muistin toiminta näinkin pitkällä aikavälillä...kai se pitäisi käydä poppamiehen luona vähän hämmennyttämässä sahanjauhoja

ordic Vauxhall & Bedford International Winter Rally
2008-02-16—02-17

Svenska Vauxhallklubben is for the first time arranging its big Winter Rally witch we hope will attract participators from many countries.

The idea is that you should be apart of something speciell with strong nature experiences and most of all get a chanse to be together and get to know each other.

It will be a good opportunity to take your Bedford camper or Vauxhall on a winter test. Just remember that it´s not the condition on the vehicle that´s important, it´s that you´re comming so we all have a chanse to get acquainted.

You will be driving through snowy and desolated aeras with a lot of mose and reindeers. So it will be a rally that all family members will remember with joy for many years to come.

Along the rout there will be a number of controls with questions and somewhere in the midle there will be a brake for food. Later in the evening there will be a price ceremony when the most lucky ones will be celebrated.

If the weather allows it, there will be a chanse for the brave ones to take their cars for a race on icetrack on a lake somewhere on a lake in the Nordic woods.

The start for the Rally will be at the old sawmill in Långviksvallen, Tavelsjö. First start 10.00 AM. Tavelsjö is lokated 670 km north of Stockholm.

The destination for this time is in Norsjö where we are staying for the night at Hotell Norsjö.

Vehicle older than 30 years is not included in the winter tire law. It means that models 1978 and older can drive on summer tires.

Far away participators that needs rooms for Friday night or more, can stay in our homes, motels or youth hostel. Call for more information.

We will not deny anyone that comes the last day but please let us know as soon as possible. It will make our planning so much easier if we know how many that are comming.
